Great board and suiting name! I purchased the "Little Darling" about a month ago, and was fortunate to have some nice size swell in SoCal to break it in. I am and always have been a performance longboard rider. This is my first board ever less than 8' long. I decided to try something smaller for the beach breaks and bigger days. The first session was a little rough, not being used to the hard rails and smaller board in general, but the second time I got it wet, I fell head over heels for this gem. The hard rails, although not forgiving, keep a consistent line in a steep wave and help to generate speed in your turns. The board has enough volume for good paddle power, but can still duck dive small to avg size waves when necessary. I now wake up hoping the report has a 3'+ in it so I can take this beauty out!
